each member that benefited the team?
- Ed veisure: The leader that put the team plan to climb Everst mountain.
- Araceli seggara:A female climber who is experienced in lock climbing method which helps in making a path in the rocks of the mountain.
- Roger Diham: Geologist who knew which parts of the mountain were more dangerous than others and which parts are safer.
- Jamling norgay:A son of former Everst climbing sucsesful and experienced in climbing mount Everst, He was guide, organizing stock and supply for the team.
- Sumiyo: Climber who helped in document important moments while climbing to the top.
- Paula:The base camp manager who organized the camp.
- Sharpres:Were physically able to carry the equipment and supplies while riseing.

How was the Team helped by ‘cultural
diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)?
- Team spirit, teamwork, motivation, risk-taking, commitment and correct planning were the elements of success, They came from different parts of the world and different cultures each one of them has a unique skill and a unique reasonability that helped the team. They were one hand to meet the challenge in climbing Everest mountain even though they were a group from different part of worlds with different cultures.
